EPLAN International Trainee Programme
Our Trainee Programme offers you both top training with directed support of your potential as well as grounded and practice-oriented “on the job” introductory training. Regular development discussions with experienced managers from our company plus participating in the various professional development offerings of the company’s Loh Academy are all part of the Trainee Programme. To reinforce our teams at our nationwide locations, we are always searching for IT-savvy university graduates in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, (business) information technology, industrial engineering and related disciplines.
EPLAN Trainee Programme
You will take part in a support programme with the other trainees that will provide you with all the skills you need to get your career off to a great start:
- Comprehensive professional qualification
- Training to further develop soft skills
- Support from a personal mentor
- Trainee projects with a follow-up presentation to the Management Board
Getting started
We offer entry positions as a trainee in the following areas:
- Consulting: As a trainee in consulting, you will be gradually introduced to the consulting activities we conduct with our customers. You will assume responsibility for your own projects early on.
- Sales and Marketing: As part of the Trainee Programme, you will receive a professionally grounded and practice-oriented education in account management. You will gradually be introduced to the everyday sales activities at EPLAN and will soon take on responsibility for your own sales.
- Software Development: Here you receive detailed insights into our development area, meet various development teams and get to know our scrum agile working methods and will take an active part in helping develop our solutions.
